Sorry, everyone, I have not meant to ignore this bth for awhile, but I have been doing about 6 different things going on, and this is often pushed to the side.
What's been going on? Well, Miranda and I have launched a little side business/hobby called 2 Sisters Photography. We both love taking pictures and this is a way for us to explore and perfect our styles. I am really feeling the urge to get it down pat, partly because I am helping shoot a friend's wedding and I want to give it my best.
We also went camping this past weekend at A.H.Stephens State Park in Crawfordville, GA. We went there last year for a family reunion and when we got the date for this years's, we knew immediately we wanted to stay there again. The reunion went better than I had expected. We don't see nigthis side of the family but once a year, so it's always a tad awkard for me to be among all these people and maybe know 2 of them.
Oh, and I was doing some cleaning under my bed this week and came across a notebook. Some of you might remember that a few years ago I started writing a book. Well, this was the notebook I was writing in! I spent yesterday going through and doing some editing and connecting a few loose ends. I also got to write a chapter and a half in it last night. I think I will enjoy having something constructive and creative to do to pass the time.
