Tell us eleven things about yourself
1. I am the oldest of 10 children . I'm 24, and the youngest is 5.
2. I work as a part-time nanny to a 1 year-old boy.
3. I worked in the food industry for 4 years, 2 of which I was an Asst. Manager.
4. I have recently tried my hand at making throw pillows.
5. I have 2 black cats, mom and daughter. They were dropped off on our doorstep 3 or 4 years ago and I adopted them.
6. I collect books like crazy. I am constantly making room for more.
7. I have recently gotten hooked on the show NCIS.
8. I want to take some road trips to different parts of the Southern States.
9. We also have a golden retriever mix. Never thought we'd have an inside dog.
10. Because of the wide age gap in the kids, I am often mistaken as the younger ones' mom.
11. I sometimes wonder what it'd be like to live in a past era. Civil War, Victorian, WWI, WWII, etc.

My answers to Morgan's 11 questions
What is your favorite thing about blogging?
I express myself best through writting, so I like being able to get my thoughts out here. I also enjoy hearing others' thoughts in the comments.
Who is your favorite fictional character?
I have too many favorites to pick just one, but one of my MOST favorite is Sir Percival Blakeney, especially in "El Dorado". I went into a book coma after reading that.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Poor grammar and spelling!! Hands down.
If you could visit one place on earth, and only one, where would it be?
Again, too many to choose just one..... I guess Scotland is first on the list. Some of my ancestors came from there, and I love the accents.
What's one movie coming out in 2016 you want to watch?
Captain America: Civil War
Would you rather time travel to the past or the future? Why?
The past, especially the 1940's. I really like that era of history.
What is your least favorite holiday?
Can I say Halloween? We do Reformation Day instead.
What do you want to be when you "grow up"?
My deepest wish is to be a wife and mother. If that never happens, a photographer, maybe nature.
If someone offered you a million dollars inheritance if you would drive 20 bucks (as in deer) across Alaska, would you do it?
Sure. Alaska has some of the prettiest scenery out there.
What genre of books do you like best to read?
Historical fiction. Biographies are another favorite.
Do you prefer movies or TV shows?
Movies, although I do have some favorite TV shows, too. Some of my favorite movies are " The Scarlet Pimpernel", the LotR and Hobbit trilogies, the Narnia movies,..... the list goes on and on.
At this point, I'm supposed to tag 11 people and come up with questions for them. But I dont think I have 11 readers to tag. I know of 2, but they have already been tagged to do this. I hope this has given you a small peek into my world.

Percy!!!! We need to have a TSP movie night. Captain America: Civil War seems to be everyone's movie to see in 2016. :) I want to see it really bad too.
Yes! We'd just have to pick which version, since I now have both.
