All My Tomorrows: Book 2 in The Orphan Train Trilogy

Thoughts:
I think this is my favorite one of the whole trilogy. The main story-line follows identical twin sisters Denna and Donna. When their mom tells them that she is expecting the family's eighth child, their father ruins what should be a happy celebration by telling the twins they must now leave the family and live on the streets of New York. The devastated twins leave and must either find an orphan colony - or wander the streets at the mercy of the winter winds and snow and the kindness of strangers.

Recommendation:
I cannot recommend this series or this husband/wife team highly enough! The authors are Christians and it shows in their books; most of the characters are Christians and most of the orphans are adopted into loving Christian homes. However, in this book, there is some violence (one of the orphans receives several beatings from their foster father), so I would recommend it for ages 14 and up. I found it at my library, as well as the third book, which will be reviewed next week.
