I've been adopted

Now, before my family and any friends that read this start freaking out, allow me to explain the circumstances:
One of my friends from church,who is also the older sister of my friend, Eowyn, is going to Texas for 6-9 months to help out a family whose mom is undergoing cancer treatment. This will be a major adjustment for my friend and her family. They prayed REALLY hard to see if God wanted her to do this and He said yes.

Anyway, Eowyn and her sister and brother have temporarily "adopted" me in her stead while she's gone. Just as a figure-head. I'm honored that they see me as family. And, since I already have 9 other siblings, what's a few more? We'll have fun hanging out and all that stuff. And since our families go to church together, we'll see each other a lot.

Now, be honest, who thought I had been legitimately adopted?
