So this is the Eve of Christmas Eve :) I love decorating and getting stuff for presents.

I also love celebrating my Savior's Birth. Every year, Dad reads the Luke Christmas story. Luke was very caring and was the only one of the Apostles who went into full detail about His birth and the circumstances around it. Because Luke was a doctor, he may have been more caring, because he is the only one to list all of Jesus' miracles and His interaction with children. Anyway, Luke tells us about the angels and shepherds, and the wise men. It amazes me that these men were willing come across the desert-which may have taken them several months, maybe a year, since they did not reach the home in Bethlehem until Jesus was about two years old. I do not know if I could have done that.

This Christmas, think about God and His love for us; and the ultimate gift that Jesus gave us-the cross, which shows us God's forgiveness and grace in our lives.

Merry Christmas.
