If you're anything like me, you have had to face things that didn't seem quite fair. I have had to deal with trusting God twice in the past two weeks.
The first was last Thursday. I ran over Spunky, the kitten we were planning to keep. I was backing out of the driveway and forgot to check under the car before driving off. It was a bad two days. I wrestled with feelings of guilt and anger, guilt of what I had done and anger towards myself and God.
I'm ok now; still feel bad and wish things had gone differently. But, I am trusting that God has plans and everything is for the best. We are keeping the mom and other kitten and will be bringing them in sometime soon.
The other trust issue concerns work. As most of you know, I transferred to the new store in Canton Marketplace 2 weeks ago. I thought that was what God wanted me to do. And, while I still trust Him, I am wondering if maybe I mis-heard Him and that I was to stay at the Holly Springs store. My hours have been majorly cut back and I just got a call from one of our shift leaders, who told me there had been a mix-up and I don't need to come in tomorrow. And I am only working one day next week. I cannot work so few days and continue to pay for stuff that I need.
Please pray,
Katelyn
