Ok, I'm not sure how many people reading this boring blog watch American idol, but I thought I would let you know about one of the contestants: a 16-year-old named Maddy Curtis. She is the 9th of 12 kids, the one before her and the three after her have Downs Syndrome. She is a Christian and former homeschooler. I found out about her on therebelution.com/blog. They have a video of her audition on there; I would encourage you to watch it.
We do not watch the show, but I will be keeping up with her on the web.
