So this past weekend, Coleton and I went to volunteer at a Young Life Camp in Jasper, GA. If you don't know about Young Life, it is camps for middle and high school students who are not Christians. It was a fun weekend, but it was long hours; I'm still tired!
This whole weekend was all Camber's plan. She had been wanting to do something like this for a while. Well, she finally got her chance(happy now, Camber?).
We got there on Friday evening and were there until Sunday afternoon. Our group was made up of: Camber, Connor, Cassie, Aliya, Riley, Ells,Zack D., Josh J., Chelsea, Jay,Josiah, Mr. and Mrs. McKenzie, Jonathan, Kylie, Coleton, and me. Josiah is Josiah Poisel(?). His family used to go to Sovereign Grace. Cassie is his cousin and Knows Chelsea and Jay through HEDGE. I think she knows Aliya through HEDGE too.
Anyway, Riley, Ells,and Josh were our AM cooks. Poor guys had to be there at 6-6:30-after staying up until 2 in the morning! Aliya, Jay, Connor, Josiah, and Zack were the PM cooks. They got up with the rest of us-around 6:30-7. Chelsea, Cassie, Coleton, and I were the waiters- we did three tables at every meal, carrying a tray with a whole table's food. So we were on our feet a lot!
But we weren't the only group there: if we had been, we would still be there! There were at least two other groups helping so that the 500-600 campers could have something to eat.
But we had fun too! We listened to music while setting tables and clearing them off and setting them up for the next meal. And on Saturday we got a few hours off to do whatever we wanted to do. I got a t-shirt. The boys slept for an hour; then we woke them up :D

And would you believe it; we're talking about going for a whole month next summer! How crazy are we?
